Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you use our website or engage AJECKS Multi-Services Ltd for medical tourism, study abroad, IT or B2B sourcing support.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

  1. 01

    Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to the website of AJECKS Multi-Services Ltd ("AJECKS", "we", "us") and your use of any service we provide, including medical tourism coordination, study abroad guidance, IT services and B2B sourcing support.

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging us for a service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

  2. 02

    Nature of our services

AJECKS is a coordination and advisory company. We connect clients with hospitals, universities, suppliers, technology teams and other third-party providers, and we manage the logistics around those relationships.

    • We are not a hospital, clinic or licensed medical practice and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
    • We are not a university, government body or immigration authority and we cannot guarantee admission, visa approval or any official decision.
    • We are not the manufacturer of goods sourced through us; product warranties are issued by the supplier.

All clinical, academic, immigration and commercial decisions remain those of the relevant third party and of you as the client.

  3. 03

    Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old, or acting with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to engage our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information — including identity documents, medical records, academic records and business details — and to update us promptly if anything changes.

We may suspend or terminate a service where information provided is materially false, incomplete or misleading, or where continuing would place us in breach of law.

  4. 04

    Quotations, fees and payment

    • Fees are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement before work begins.
    • Quoted third-party costs (hospital estimates, tuition, supplier pricing, freight) are indicative and set by the third party; final amounts may change.
    • Unless stated otherwise, our service fees are exclusive of taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion costs and third-party disbursements.
    • Invoices are payable by the due date stated. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  5. 05

    Client responsibilities

    • Obtain and maintain valid travel documents, visas and permits, and meet all appointment and interview requirements.
    • Disclose relevant medical history, allergies and existing conditions where a health service is involved.
    • Arrange appropriate travel, health and, where relevant, goods-in-transit insurance.
    • Comply with the laws of your home country and any country you travel to or trade with.
    • Provide timely feedback, approvals and access needed for us to deliver technology and sourcing work.
  6. 06

    Third-party providers

Hospitals, doctors, universities, embassies, airlines, hotels, suppliers, logistics partners and payment processors operate independently of AJECKS under their own terms. We select partners with care and coordinate on your behalf, but we are not liable for their acts, omissions, pricing changes, delays, clinical outcomes, admission or visa decisions, or product defects.

  7. 07

    Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logos, brand marks, graphics, guides and downloadable material — belongs to AJECKS or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or republished without written permission. You may download our guides for personal or internal business use.

For custom software engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the applicable statement of work, normally on full payment.

  8. 08

    Acceptable use of the website

    • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
    • Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or malicious content, or another person's data without their consent.
    • Do not scrape, overload or interfere with the normal operation of the site.
  9. 09

    Privacy and data

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver services, and we share it with third-party providers strictly as required to progress your case. Sensitive records such as medical documents are handled confidentially and retained only as long as necessary or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@ajecksmultiservices.com.

  10. 10

    Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJECKS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, savings or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the service fees you paid to AJECKS for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

  11. 11

    Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including border closures, embassy or airline disruption, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, currency restrictions, or failures of power, internet or third-party platforms.

  12. 12

    Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. On termination, fees for work already performed and third-party costs already committed remain payable. We may suspend or end service immediately in cases of abuse, non-payment, fraud, or where continuing would be unlawful or unsafe.

  13. 13

    Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We ask that you first raise any dispute with us in writing so we can attempt a good-faith resolution within 30 days. Unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

  14. 14

    Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our services, partners or legal obligations change. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
