Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you keep over your personal, medical and business information.

  1. 01

    Who we are

AJECKS Multi-Services Ltd ("AJECKS", "we", "us") coordinates medical tourism, study abroad, IT services and B2B sourcing between Africa, India and global markets. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

  2. 02

    Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver the service you asked for:

    • Contact details — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and organisation.
    • Enquiry content — the service you are interested in, messages you send us and guide downloads you request.
    • Case documents — for medical travel: reports, scans, diagnoses and treatment history. For study abroad: transcripts, certificates, passports and financial evidence. For sourcing and IT: company, procurement and technical details.
    • Account data — if you sign in to the client portal, your email address and authentication records.
    • Usage data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device and browser type, and time spent on the site, collected through our own analytics.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 except where it is supplied by a parent or guardian as part of a family medical or study case.

  3. 03

    How we use your information

    • To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver the services you engage us for.
    • To submit your case to hospitals, universities, suppliers or technical partners on your instruction.
    • To send the guides, documents and case updates you request.
    • To issue invoices, process payments and keep accounting records.
    • To improve our website and understand which services are most useful, using aggregated analytics.
    • To meet legal, tax, immigration and anti-fraud obligations.
  4. 04

    Legal grounds for processing

    • Contract — processing needed to deliver a service you have engaged.
    • Consent — marketing emails and, importantly, the handling of health information, which we process only with your explicit consent and which you may withdraw at any time.
    • Legitimate interests — securing our systems, preventing fraud and improving our services, balanced against your rights.
    • Legal obligation — record keeping and responses to lawful requests from authorities.
  5. 05

    Sensitive and medical information

Medical records are handled as strictly confidential. Access is limited to the case managers working on your file, files are shared with a hospital or specialist only after you approve that specific recipient, and we never sell, publish or use health information for marketing. You can ask us to delete your medical documents once your case is closed and any legal retention period has passed.

  6. 06

    Who we share information with

    • Hospitals, clinics and specialists, where you have asked us to arrange treatment.
    • Universities, colleges and admission bodies, for study applications.
    • Embassies, consulates and visa processing centres, where required for your application.
    • Suppliers, inspection agents and logistics partners, for sourcing engagements.
    • Service providers who run our website, database, email delivery and analytics under contract.
    • Professional advisers, auditors and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

  7. 07

    International transfers

Because our work is cross-border, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own — most commonly India, and countries where our hosting and email providers operate. Where we transfer data internationally we do so only to fulfil your instructions or under contractual safeguards requiring the recipient to protect it to a comparable standard.

  8. 08

    Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure, plus first-party analytics that record page views, referral source, approximate country and session duration. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the client portal may then stop working.

  9. 09

    How long we keep information

    • Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months, then deleted.
    • Active client files: for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards where financial or legal records require it.
    • Medical documents: deleted on request once a case is closed, unless retention is legally required.
    • Analytics data: retained in aggregated form only.
  10. 10

    How we protect your information

Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure with row-level access rules, least-privilege staff permissions and confidentiality agreements for everyone who handles client files. Transfers to and from this website are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

  11. 11

    Your rights

    • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
    • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
    • Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
    • Withdraw consent, including for marketing emails or health-data processing.
    • Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
    • Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

Email info@ajecksmultiservices.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a first request. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.

  12. 12

    Marketing communications

We only send guides, newsletters or service updates to people who asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects case updates about a service you are actively using.

  13. 13

    Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services, partners or legal obligations change. The revised version applies from the date it is published here, shown as the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.

  14. 14
