This Cookie Policy explains how AJECKS Multi-Services Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on ajecksmultiservices.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which keep small amounts of data in the browser, and pixel-free first-party analytics calls, which record that a page was viewed. Where this policy says "cookies", it covers all of these.

• Strictly necessary. Keep you signed in to the client portal, maintain your session across pages, and protect forms and the site against abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the portal.
• Functional. Remember small preferences such as a closed chat window or a saved analytics view in the admin dashboard, so the interface behaves consistently between visits.
• Analytics (first-party). Our own analytics records page views, referring source, approximate country, device and browser type, and time on page, so we can see which services and guides are useful. This data is used in aggregate and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing tags, cross-site trackers, or data brokers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

• Authentication session — keeps you signed in to the client portal. Expires when the session ends or after the sign-in period lapses.
• Security / anti-abuse — protects form submissions and login attempts. Session-length.
• Interface preferences — stores small UI choices in local storage. Persists until you clear browser data.
• Analytics session identifier — links page views within one visit so time-on-site can be measured. Session-length, replaced on each visit.

Our hosting, database and email-delivery providers may set strictly necessary cookies as part of serving and securing the site. If you follow a link to an external site — a hospital, university, supplier, WhatsApp or a social profile — that site sets its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control.

You can manage cookies at any time in your browser settings:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the client portal and may stop forms from submitting. Browsing the public pages will still work.

Because we run no cross-site advertising or tracking, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to disable. Our analytics remains first-party, aggregated and limited to understanding how the site is used.

We update this policy whenever the cookies we use change. The revised version applies from the date shown as "last updated" above, so it is worth revisiting occasionally.
